Solutions for Controlling Pollen

Regardless of whether it’s tree, grass, or weed pollen, there are some common denominators for minimizing the effect that pollen has on you in your indoor space.

Know when the pollen that triggers your symptoms is most prevalent and avoid the outdoors during those hours.

If the trees in your area are raining pollen day after day, it’s probably spring where you live. And if you are at all sensitive to tree pollen, spring is not necessarily an easy time for you.

Pollen can cause eyes to burn, noses to run, and throats to feel like they’re on fire. None of these are pleasant symptoms to have to deal with for weeks at a time.
