Dust Filter For Bedroom

The bedroom in your home should be one of the most relaxing places to be both physically and emotionally.

Air that is clogged with dust, other particles, and odors can really stop you from being refreshed and rejuvenated there.

In fact, all of these silent and often unseen irritants in the air can make your bedroom a nightmare even when you’re awake.

In order to filter dust and other smaller irritants such as dust mites, mold and mildew spores, pet dander, bacteria, and viruses, you need a HEPA filter for sure.

HEPA stands for high efficiency particle arresting and describes a filter that can remove 99,997 out of every 10,000 particles that are .3 microns or greater in size.

And while this is a great filter to have, it shouldn’t be the only one. In fact, having just one filter in the bedroom is a recipe of disappointment.

One filter can’t adequately do it all, and even if it could it would necessitate replacing the filter more frequently than you would want to do or pay for.

What is necessary is multiple particle filters that can remove the big and medium size particles that you can see (pre-filters), carbon cloth that gives additional protection against particles as well as gas and odors, and a filter of activated carbon to remove airborne chemicals and odors.

With this combination of filters you can relax because it air is clear and because you know that it always will be when you are ready to retreat to your bedroom after a long and busy day.

Filtering the air so completely will give you a better chance at many nights of peaceful sleep and waking to feel refreshed and ready for a new day.

The National Sleep Foundation has endorsed a portable air filter that contains not one, two, or three filters but 5 filters.

Clean Bedroom Air

As productive as we are, the fact remains that when we’re home the majority of our time is spent in the bedroom. That makes it extremely important for the air to be as fresh and clean as possible. Your good health is at stake.

One of the best ways to clear the air is to filter it. There are both gaseous and particulate pollutants that the cleanest of homes have, and unless you actively filter the air they can linger in the air for days.

For those who have allergies and asthma these can cause flare-ups that range from aggravating to life-threatening.

For instance, did you know that the bedroom is a favorite place for dust mites to breed? And the dust mite is one of the most potent allergens known! The warm, dark, food-rich environment of the bed allows these critters to thrive on dead skin flakes in our linens.

If your pet has its bedding in your bedroom room too, these mites will also get fat on pet dander. Add to this lovely picture household dust, mold and mildew spores, fumes from furniture and/or carpet, scents for personal and household products and it’s no wonder so many people have difficulty sleeping.

The National Sleep Foundation has endorsed an air purifier specifically designed for the bedroom. And PurerAir.com has sent it all across the country to clients who are now sleeping peacefully all night, every night.

Bedroom Machine Replacement Filter

Recently, Austin Air introduced a new HEPA air purifier—the Bedroom Machine Air Purifier. Designed to be the best at removing odors and smells as well as particulates, it makes the air your bedroom the healthiest it can be when you are most vulnerable—when you are asleep.

This machine combines 2 technologies into one great air purifier. Before this machine was introduced, you had to choose between the Allergy Machine, an air purifier designed to remove particulates that most often trigger allergies and asthma and the HealthMate, a purifier that contains carbon and is great for odors and some chemicals.

Now with the new Bedroom Machine Air Purifier you have both the carbon cloth and the 15 pounds of carbon in one machine. It has not one or none, but 5 filters to make your air the cleanest and healthiest it can be. This cleaner is so awesome that it is endorsed by the National Sleep Foundation.

But there is even better news. If you want this technology in your bedroom and you currently have a standard size Austin Air Purifier that was made after 1995, you can simply order the Bedroom Machine Replacement Filter, and voila, you’ve got the technology working for you right now.

Not sure when your cleaner was made? Call PurerAir.com now at (800) 997-2989 with the serial number from your unit and we can tell you exactly when it was made. If you already know your unit will accept the new filter, remember to order the light-colored filter if your purifier is White or Sandstone, and the dark-colored filter for Black or Silver purifiers.
