Cat Odor Air Purifier

Cat odor can be so embarrassing especially if it’s urine odor.  Part of the frustration is finding the mistake and being able to thoroughly clear away all traces of it.

This can be tough if wallboard is involved, or if the mistake happens on wall-to-wall carpet that has padding and sub-flooring that you can’t get to.
And these problems are literally just a drop in the bucket if your cat is refusing to use the litter box.
Unless you walk around behind your cat, the spot may have dried and be unnoticeable.  Then you don’t have a clue about where to go to fix the problem.
Using an air purifier that is designed to take away the odor 24 hours a day takes the pressure off of you while you try to find the offending spot.  It also means you are more likely to be able to entertain with confidence knowing that the air in your home will smell fresh whenever family and friends drop in.
An air purifier with a carbon based filter enhanced with an additive to improve the carbon’s ability to remove the eye-stinging ammonia in urine is what is needed.
And because cats also produce fur and dander, it’s a good idea for the air purifier to have a wide range of filters for particles so that it can remove the hair that you can see as well as the invisible flakes of dead skin (dander) that you can’t see.
PurerAir.com offers the Pet Machine Air Purifier that is able to effectively remove cat urine odor and particles  down to .3 microns in size 24 hours a day.  See it now at http://purerair.com/austin_air_pet_machine.html

African Grey Air Purifier

African Greys are some of the most beautiful and intelligent parrots to have as pets.

Many can speak fluently, and with proper care they can live over 50 years.

Part of helping them enjoy a long and healthy life is about providing fresh air that is free of particles and odors.

Their respiratory systems are very sensitive to odors, and their air passages are easily clogged because they are so small.  Unfortunately, once symptoms occur that signal illness, it is often too late to reverse the condition.

The fact that these birds are powder down birds only adds to the challenge that you as an owner face in keeping the air clear.  All birds, in fact all warm-blooded animals, produce dander or dead skin flakes.

But in addition to dander, the white powder that Greys produce can be daunting to keep under control.  But it is essential to minimize the powder and dander if you and your bird are to remain healthy.

An air cleaner that can stand up to this kind of particulate nightmare needs lots of different sized filters that can trap airborne particulates.
The recipe for success in terms of filters should go like this--pre-filters for big and medium particles, a HEPA or high efficiency particle arresting filter for micron-size particles like dander, and a filter for odors, gases, and airborne chemicals that can also trap particles.

This purifier extraordinaire should also rise above controversy and produce zero ozone and no ionized particles.  Fresh air should be the only by-product.

PurerAir.com offers such an air purifier for African Greys.  See it now at http://purerair.com/bird_dust_air_purifier.html

Dorm Room Air Quality

Unwanted gaseous and particulate pollutants in your coed’s room can cause respiratory problems and aggravate existing ones like allergies and asthma.

Unfortunately, there is just no way of predicting what is likely to be in the air, or what a roommate will add to the mix.

Summer renovations in the dorm may look great, but may cause VOCs to off-gas from new paint, tile work, and/or carpets.
Being able to effectively filter these pollutants  can directly affect how well your student is able to focus in their room.
24 hours a day can really help your student stay focused and provide a room that is a healthy haven from the ever busy college lifestyle.

For gaseous pollutants such as odors and airborne chemicals, carbon filters are the very best.  For the removal of particulates, a high efficiency particle arresting (abbreviated as HEPA) is the most efficient.

But in order for the cleaner to be really effective, it needs to be able to run 24 hours.  A cleaner with a split capacitor motor is a must because it can run effectively and safely 24 hours a day.

24 hour filtration means that pollutants are continually being removed so that they do not build to unhealthy levels that typically cause symptoms like sneezing, congestion, headaches, and sometimes just plain lethargy.
Having a portable cleaner that your student is in control of can give them a head start on a great year on campus.

Classroom Air Purifier

There are a lot of things that can be done to get the school year off to a great start.

One of the most important things is to keep the air clean and healthy.

With 20 plus students in a class, it’s easy for germs to spread and cause students and the teacher to become sick.

Because of the close proximity in the room, it is then very easy to germs to spread from even when the best precautions are taken.  That’s why it’s important to be able to control the air quality in your room.

In addition to the germs, fumes and dust from summer renovations can also present problems for even the healthiest students and teachers.  Being able to clean the air 24 hours a day even when you are not there gives everyone in your room a better chance at staying healthy throughout the year.
Providing fresh clean air means you and your students breathe more oxygen than you would without the filtration.  More oxygen to the brain can do nothing but help with daily performance, and may even contribute positively to your students’ test scores.

An effective cleaner should have a carbon filter that can eliminate gaseous pollutants, and it is essential that it have a HEPA or high efficiency particle arresting filter that can eliminate airborne particles as small as .3 microns in size.

Particles that can be removed by this filter include dust, mold and mildew spores, seasonal pollens, pet hair and dander, as well as airborne bacteria and viruses.

Put the Classroom Air Purifier from PurerAir.com to work in your room this year and clear the air for good.

HEPA Filters For Pets----5 Reasons They Make Sense

Those of us who are pet-lovers believe that pets make a house a home.  And if they are warm-blooded creatures they can substantially add to the air’s particle count.

These particles can exacerbate existing respiratory conditions such as allergies and asthma, and it can also cause the onset of these conditions in those who were otherwise healthy.

As with any solution to a problem, it’s only a solution if it works.  HEPA or high-efficiency particle arresting filters are accurately described because they are able to effectively remove 99.7% of airborne particulates that are .3 microns or bigger in size.

This means pet dander, as well as other more usual indoor pollutants such as household dust, dust mites, and mold and mildew spores are also easily removed.  Many of these usual pollutants are well known allergens and often work in concert with the dander from pets.
This type of filtration is also above reproach in terms of how healthy it is for animals and pets.  The only by-product it produces is air that is fresh and clean.  There is zero ozone produced and no ionized particles.

The Pet Dander Air Purifier from PurerAir.com offers 4-stage filtration that includes 2 pre-filters, a medical grade HEPA filter and carbon cloth.

TheCarbon cloth gives protection against particles because it is woven like a cloth and is also able to eliminate gaseous pollutants because it is made of carbon.

What's In Salon Air?

The beauty industry has greatly increased the number of services offered to customers in the last 25 years.

Salons that formerly only did nails, or hair, now do both.  Many have expanded services to even include applying eyelashes.

And while the availability of such a wide range of services has been great for customers and business, what seems to continue to suffer in many cases is the air quality in the salon.

Volatile organic chemicals (VOCs) from adhesives, hardeners, dyes, polishes, and polish removers can all evaporate into the air and stay there for hours, even days.
Most customers are exposed to it for an hour or so at a time, but if you spend your days in the salon offering these services, unless you are taking steps to actively filter them out, you are being exposed to chemicals that have been shown to cause potential long term health problems.

Sensitivity to these chemicals often presents as dry throat, nausea, headaches, burning eyes, and dizziness.  And these can just be the beginning of bigger problems if the exposure is long term.

Opening doors and windows does not adequately remove the chemicals and often causes hard feelings with adjacent tenants when the smells invade their space.  Hot and cold temperatures often make outside air exchange impossible, and is ultimately not effective.

So what is the answer to keeping air quality high?  24-hour filtration with a carbon filter enhanced with an additive to increase the absorption of airborne VOCs is the most effective way to remove airborne chemicals.

The Beauty Salon Air Purifier from PurerAir.com offers 4-stage filtration 24 hours a day and can send 250 cubic feet of clean air into your salon every 60 seconds.

Put it to work in your shop today.  See it now at http://purerair.com/beauty_salon_purifier.html
