Keeping Your Classroom Healthy

Allison is a second grade teacher in California who has 31 students in her class. She called because she’s been sick since school began.

She says a lot of it is because she is working with children who are also sick a lot, and the space is just tiny so they’re all packed together really tightly.

She was online looking at the Classroom Air Purifier and wanted more information. Here are her questions and the answers.

Is it quiet? Yes, it is the sound of rushing air that will not be noticed by you or your students except for the wonderful way 250 cubic feet of fresh air every 60 seconds makes you feel!

Will it fit in my already crowded room?
Yes it is powerful but small, measuring 23 inches high, 14 ½ inches deep and 14 ½ inches wide.

What is the maintenance like?
You can choose to vacuum the outside of the unit to pull the big particles away from the first pre-filter inside the unit. This prolongs the life of the unit.

Thousands of teachers are in similar situations. And if you are one of them, clearing the air with an air purifier that can remove particles, gases, bacteria and viruses can keep you and your class on track for a great year.

We sent this air purifier to Allison and she is excited about the difference it will make for her health and those of her students. The Classroom Air Purifier is also used by School District 72 (British Columbia), Thompson Middle School (Georgia), Lakeview Elementary (New York), Mahopac Schools (New York) and the list goes on and on.
