Filter For Ferret Smell

Joanie’s dad called yesterday.  She has come back from college and has a pet ferret in her room.  So not only does her room smell, but the whole house does too.

When I asked what the smell was, he said it was a combination of a musky odor and urine too.  He obviously loves his daughter, the ferret odor, not so much.

Joanie’s dad has had to learn first-hand that these animals are becoming increasingly popular as household pets.  They are intelligent, cute and small enough to fit into many people’s lives.

Without a reliable way to remove the smell, the air in any home can simply smell unpleasant at best and offensive to family and friends.

In order to reliably remove the smell these animals create, an air cleaner with a heavy duty carbon filter is necessary.  And even as effective as carbon is at eliminating odors, when it comes to urine, an additive (ammonasorb) to eliminate the strong smell of ammonia that off-gases from urine is a must.

PurerAir.com offers an air cleaner that comes with 15 pounds of activated carbon plus the ammonasorb additive.  It also contains 2 pre-filters for large and medium size particles, and a HEPA filter for microscopic particles.

That means the air is sent through a 4 stage filtration process and sends 250 cubic feet of clean smelling air back at you every 60 seconds.  And the best part is that is does not need to rest.

Ferret smell doesn’t rest and this cleaner won’t need to either.  See it now at http://purerair.com/austin_air_pet_machine.html
