Allergy Relief That Works

Spring is a great time of year if you’re not allergic to pollen. If you are allergic to things that bloom in the spring, this time of year can make you feel like crawling into a cave. But with a good management plan, you can successfully navigate through the season with fewer and less severe symptoms; and maybe even with your sense of humor in tact.

Unless you live at the space station it’s hard to avoid coming in contact with the allergens that are thick in the air right now in the great outdoors. For those times when you know you can’t avoid the triggers, explore some of the over-the-counter medications such as Zyrtec and Claritin. You’ll know pretty quickly whether they make a difference for you. If your allergies are more severe and are not controlled by these medications, an allergist can recommend other more effective options.

But if it’s true that your home should be your castle, during allergy season it should be your sanctuary—a place that is safe from allergy triggers, and gives you time to rejuvenate both physically and emotionally.

To do that you need to continually filter your indoor air with an air cleaner that contains a high efficiency particle arresting (or HEPA) filter that by definition can remove airborne particles like pollen down to .3 microns in size. And since many allergies are triggered by a combination of allergens, HEPA filtration will also remove airborne triggers such as dust, dust mites, mold and mildew spores, pet dander as well as bacteria and viruses.

If there was an air purifier that could remove all of these airborne allergens and make your home a comfortable place for you to be, would you want to know about it? Well there is such a purifier. See it now at http://purerair.com/hay_fever_air_purifier.html
