HEPA Filters and Dog Hair

By definition a HEPA (or high efficiency particle arresting) filter will remove 99.97% of airborne particles that are as small as .3 microns even though these sub micron size particles are invisible to the human eye without magnification.

Dog hair is visible and is considerably larger than even one micron and is very easily and efficiently removed from the air by a HEPA filter.

In addition to dog hair, this type of filter will also remove airborne flakes of dead skin know as dander. Unlike dog hair, dog dander is invisible and is usually the allergen that can cause those who suffer with allergies and allergic asthma so many debilitating symptoms, and sometimes even the pain of giving up their beloved pooch. Perish the thought!

PurerAir.com offers an air purifier that will not only remove airborne dog hair, but the dander as well.

And in addition to dog related pollutants, it is designed to also remove household dust, dust mites, mold and mildew spores, dander from other warm blooded pets, as well as bacteria and viruses.

PurerAir.com continues to provide this purifier to professionals such as 4 Paws Spa, Bird Aviary at Theater of the Sea in Florida, and the Broad Bent Wildlife Bird Sanctuary to name a few; so we are certain that it will work for you and your dog in your home.
