Clean Air For Parrots

Keeping the air clean for your parrot is as important as providing fresh water and a proper diet. These birds come in all shapes, sizes, and colors with a variety of personalities to match.

But the common denominator for all in captivity (your home) is that they rely on their owners to take a proactive approach to clearing away the airborne dander, feathers, and dust they create.

In the wild these bird-related particulates would dissipate naturally into the air. In our home, and offices we are usually so well insulated that there is very little exchange indoor air.

And typically the air is simply passed from one room to another without a substantial number of the normal indoor pollutants being removed.

Household dust, dust mites, mold and mildew spores, dander from other pets added to particles that parrots naturally generate, and it doesn’t take long for the air to become thick. This is bad news for the birds because their air passages can become so easily clogged when the air is polluted.

Using an air purifier to clear away particles and other pollutants continually is the best way to insure that your bird is always breathing the cleanest, healthiest air possible. High efficiency particle arresting filters are the best type of filters for parrots.

By definition these filters must remove 99.97% of particles that are .3 microns or greater in size. And a muti-filtration process that uses filters for particles and gases helps you easily identify the most efficient purifier.

PurerAir.com offers the Bird Dust Air Purifier with HEPA filtration and multi-stage filtration for gases and odors as well. See it now at http://purerair.com/bird_dust_air_purifier.html
