Safe Air Freshener for Birds

Recently we had a client to call and ask if we offered an air freshener that was safe for birds. After several questions we found that the customer was looking for something to add to the air that was safe for his bird.

The safest thing you can do to your bird’s air is to remove everything possible from the air. And in your home, there are a staggering amount of airborne pollutants created by your bird such as feathers, dander, and in some, dust from their wings.

Add normal household pollutants such as dust, dust mites, pollen, dander from other pets, and other gases, odors, and chemicals generated from the kitchen, bathroom, and household cleaning products to the bird-related pollutants, and you’ve got unhealthy air that’s really bad for your bird.

Because birds’ air passages are so easily clogged, airborne pollutants often lead to disease and infection. And because birds are programmed to hide symptoms, by the time they look ill it’s often too late to help them survive.

Don’t take a chance with your bird’s health. Rather than adding anything to the air, we suggested that this client use an air purifier to remove the feathers, dander and dust and all the other usual household pollutants from the air.

A high efficiency particle arresting (or HEPA) air purifier will increase the air quality for birds and humans. He took our advice, and he and his bird will have a healthier life because of it.

You can see the Bird Dander Air Purifier that we sent to him at http://purerair.com/bird_dander_air_purifier.html
