Eliminating Airborne Cat Hair

Cat hair is a problem if you have discovered that you are allergic to your pet. It is actually not the hair that is the problem, but the dander that sticks to it.

Dander is small, microscopic flakes of dead skin that your cat sheds continually.

As long as you have your cat dander and hair will be an issue. In fact, studies have shown dander to be present months after the pet has left. It has even been found on clothes of people that don’t even own pets. That gives you some idea of how tenacious this problem can be.

The only way to effectively remove the hair and the dander clinging to it is to continually filter the air. Removing the hair from the air before it has a chance to fall is an effective solution. And the less of it there is laying around on furniture and floors, the less there is to go airborne, be inhaled, and cause flare ups.

Choosing a multi-stage filtration system that specifically targets a wide range of particles will greatly reduce the amount of hair and dander in your air, thereby reducing your cat-related allergy issues as well.
